Riggin’ It Right For Aerosmith

When it comes to stage safety and arena rigging, Aerosmith is never “Riggin’ on the Edge.”

For the Peace Out: The Farewell Tour, the production incorporated 36 Ron StageMaster load cells to monitor the rig in real time across multiple points.

The show featured:
An A-shaped video wall suspended above a 360° stage
Inflatable wings flanking the structure
A dynamic system where trusses descend at the finale to create a full “wall of light” effect

With large suspended elements and moving trusses, maintaining visibility into load distribution is key. Real-time monitoring allows rigging crews to track changes throughout the show and operate with greater confidence during critical moments.

Because when the rig moves, the data needs to move with it.
