A Wright Network is now officially live and open for verification.
For months I have been building a system designed to bring real trust, structure, and clarity to hiring across live events, creative fields, UHNW households, and executive support roles. Today, the AWN database is active and ready for professionals to begin submitting their information.
This is not a public platform. It is an internal verified backend that keeps everything organized and accurate so when teams need people, we are not guessing. Every résumé is checked. Every role is reviewed. Every detail is confirmed before anyone is recommended.
Anyone can join.
Not everyone will be verified.
Your résumé must match the role.
Your years of experience must align.
Every role you apply for is reviewed individually.
Everything has to be honest and consistent.
Because the reality is simple.
Hiring is not the issue.
Trust is.
And trust only works when information is accurate, expectations are clear, and the right people are matched to the right opportunities.
The WhatsApp community will stay active. That will remain the heart of this network. But now there is a foundation underneath them that keeps things cleaner, faster, and more reliable for everyone involved.
Phase One is open now for personnel, creatives, assistants, operators, and individual professionals.
Phase Two opens soon when staffing officially begins.
