(Lititz, PA / Amsterdam, NL – November 13, 2025) – TAIT, a global partner behind culture-defining experiences, announced today it has acquired Airworks, the world’s leading visionary of premium air sculptures and scenic inflatable technology for the live entertainment industry. The strategic acquisition strengthens TAIT’s commitment to delivering unforgettable fan experiences by expanding its creative range and production offerings for renowned global performers and live events with Airworks.
Since starting in rock ‘n’ roll in 1978, TAIT has pushed the boundaries of concert and live event production for the world’s biggest artists. Today, the company has expanded its services and evolved beyond concert touring, bringing creative expertise and engineering innovation to theme parks, world expos, global theaters, festivals, and fan experiences worldwide.
Founded in 2002, Airworks has earned a reputation for producing visually stunning, large-scale inflatable works of art that have become iconic centerpieces on global tours, major festivals, and art installations. From towering stage props to immersive scenic elements, their work has been featured on iconic tours for artists like Fall Out Boy, Green Day, and Muse as well as top-tier festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Mysteryland, and Tomorrowland. TAIT and Airworks have already partnered on several tours including Lady Gaga’s The Mayhem Ball Tour, Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour, and The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour.
